Hi, I’m Valerie
I’m a parent educator, primary school teacher, content creator and mumma to two beautiful little humans.
I am deeply passionate about helping other parents raise independent, confident children. My parenting approach is grounded in respect, trust and seeing our children as capable individuals right from the beginning.
This space is where I share practical tips, resources, and our real-life experience raising my two children.
My parenting beliefs…
Children are whole, competent individuals with a natural drive to explore, learn, and think for themselves.
True cooperation comes from a deep, respectful relationship rather than forced obedience and strict control.
Parenting does not have to be chaotic by default, and that simple spaces and gentle rhythms make parenting a lot more joyful.
